loud noise slow breakfast
the room overlooked the outside seating area. it was quite noisy. i think some soundproofing is needed as the noise carried late into the night. i also found the breakfast service a bit slow one morning

the staff were nice. the breakfast was superb, i liked the choices. they also have drying facilities and a kitchen area for those walking the coast path. it was very convenient!
The room had a super thin floor above the pub. It was pretty loud. i had a room with a window facing the outside seating area. there was a lot of noise, unfortunately. i think i was unlucky with the group partying.

wonderful stay!
large room great staff excellent food
i found the staff great and helpful! my room was quite spacious. the food was also excellent, i enjoyed my meals. it is super close to the coast path!
i noticed some noise, as my window opened onto an outside seating area, though it might have been a group partying and i was a bit unlucky!

the staff showed me around my room during check in. the staff were very helpful with luggage too. i felt very welcome, and the service was quick.

i thought the breakfast had some high end touches. the pub had delicious food and drinks. the kitchen facilities were free to use, and i made my own lunch one day.

the spot is magical, i could see the sea. the surroundings included the countryside and the moors. it is near the south west coast path! though the road is narrow.

the room had robes and slippers, which i liked! there were complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. also provided were tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk and biscuits.

there was a washing machine i didn't use though it seemed very helpful. free parking was available on-site . the hotel has a kitchen with good facilities.
